Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab samples, and pharmaceuticals in temperature-controlled containers
- Collect and deliver medical documents, lab results, and equipment between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient information security
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare facility staff
- Follow strict biohazard handling and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville hub (if not using company vehicle)
