Responsibilities
- Transporting sensitive medical specimens, lab samples, and prescriptions to various medical facilities and laboratories.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in strict compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized vehicle and adhering to vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Updating digital tracking systems and logging delivery data accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Following strict protocols for handling bio-hazardous materials when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (car, SUV, or cargo van) with current insurance and registration.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and electronic proof of delivery.
