Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, medications, and lab equipment using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain temperature-sensitive packages in climate-controlled containers
- Follow HIPAA protocols for patient data confidentiality
- Document delivery logs and handle electronic tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for precise delivery windows
- Report any delivery irregularities or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
