Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of medical specimens, specimens, and lab materials to healthcare facilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to biohazard safety protocols and chain of custody procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries using handheld scanners and mobile apps.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
