Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles on assigned routes in the Las Vegas valley.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and secured properly.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling signatures and inquiries.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork, including mileage and delivery records.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas area roads and geography.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
