Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Miami-Dade County
- Utilize GPS technology and route planning tools to optimize delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based delivery systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
