Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight and goods across Ohio and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate various types of freight equipment (trailers, vans)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to complete paid CDL training program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation to our Cincinnati depot
