Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Practice excellent customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to safety protocols for lifting and carrying.
- Update delivery status in our mobile tracking system in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of direction and ability to navigate the Boston area efficiently.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for GPS and logging.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- No criminal background issues that would prevent employment.
