Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses across New Orleans.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate drop-offs with proof of delivery.
- Handle packages with the utmost care to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system in real-time.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for local delivery work.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based delivery management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
