Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages, ensuring all items are accounted for and handled with care.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses along a designated route.
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to delivery protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collect signatures and payment where required, and handle returns efficiently.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status in the mobile application in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious infractions in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
