Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Load/unload merchandise with care and verify shipment accuracy upon delivery
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain proper customer documentation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets, highways, and traffic patterns
- Proven experience in customer service or logistics field preferred
