- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon AI, ensuring alignment with 2026 industry standards and long-term sustainability goals.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and edge computing networks to minimize latency and energy consumption.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Talent Development: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, distributed computing, or AI infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and emerging paradigms like Federated Learning or Neuro-symbolic AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
