- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for futuristic technology initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to accelerate the 2026 roadmap delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future technology integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA).
