Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future market trends into actionable technical milestones.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (Quantum Computing, Generative AI, etc.) for early adoption.
- Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams focused on long-term innovation.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and future-proofing in system design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Experience with emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions for future product development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
