- Design scalable architectures for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 3-5 year foresight delivery
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight certification preferred
- Published research in technology innovation or industry disruption
- Experience leading budgets exceeding $5M for R&D initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 commercialized future-tech products
