Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in quantum computing research
- Published work in Nature/Science on autonomous systems or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in implementing ethical AI frameworks per EU AI Act 2025 standards
- Proven track record leading teams developing production-level neural quantum hybrids
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027:2026 AI risk management frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit optimization
