Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers on dedicated long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules while maintaining timely performance
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and accurate logging of hours
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all DOT requirements
- Support team goals through collaborative route optimization efforts
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience with clean driving record
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb tractor steps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
