Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle in various weather conditions to ensure timely and accurate package delivery.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the day.
- Manage delivery paperwork and logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required (or equivalent state license).
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
