Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes across the continental U.S.
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols at all times.
- Perform pre-trip inspections, basic maintenance checks, and accurate documentation.
- Manage efficient delivery schedules while maintaining constant communication with dispatch.
- Build strong client relationships through professional interactions and on-time deliveries.
- Utilize advanced GPS and telematics systems for route optimization and tracking.
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions and route challenges.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or dedicated driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass background check and drug screening as per DOT standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
