Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly home time
- Execute safe, on-time deliveries to Colorado Springs and surrounding mountain corridors
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route optimization and delivery coordination
- Uphold Peak Transport's zero-accident safety standards and defensive driving protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling and securement procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and route navigation systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment as needed
- Mountain driving experience preferred for Colorado terrain
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
