Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation
- Build long-term client relationships through professional service
- Participate in quarterly safety and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated routes
- Pass comprehensive background and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
