Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report delivery exceptions
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to Amazon's safety standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous delivery or logistics experience a plus
