Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from schools and extracurricular activities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Enforce safety protocols and manage student behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Adhere to strict schedules and route compliance
- Complete incident reports and documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B) with P/S endorsement
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Child Safety Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Albuquerque residency required
