What You Will Do:
As an Amazon DSP Driver, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction through safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout San Jose and the Bay Area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon's delivery standards.
- Inspect and maintain your delivery vehicle to ensure it is clean and in optimal working condition before and after each shift.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices (SCOs) to track packages and provide proof of delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with recipients.
- Unload and organize merchandise at the delivery stop as required.
- Complete daily paperwork and digital logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and scanning.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
