Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers across Omaha and surrounding areas
- Maintain excellent vehicle appearance and cleanliness standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Complete all trip documentation accurately and promptly through our driver app
- Adhere strictly to local traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Participate in incentive programs to boost earnings through peak demand periods
- Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable 4-door vehicle model year 2010 or newer with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use our proprietary driver app
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metropolitan area and surrounding communities
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
