Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using GPS navigation and real-time ride requests
- Maintain exceptional vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times
- Document and report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols

Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with 3+ years of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and latest CityRide app
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Newark streets and surrounding areas
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
- Must own or lease a 4-door vehicle under 10 years old
