Responsibilities
- Safely operate box truck on regional routes (CA, NV, AZ)
- Manage timely freight delivery with real-time tracking
- Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
- Coordinate multi-stop pickups/delivers efficiently
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes using our digital dispatch system
- Build client relationships through professional service
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Owned box truck (26ft max) in DOT-compliant condition
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Smartphone proficiency for digital dispatch tools
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
