Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently across Orlando metropolitan area
- Manage daily delivery routes and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain client relationships for consistent freight
- Optimize routes for maximum fuel efficiency and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership goals
- Pass background check and drug screening
