Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the CityRide Connect platform
- Maintain a 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional service
- Complete at least 15 trips weekly during peak hours (6-9 AM, 4-7 PM)
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness standards
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data for efficient pickups
- Complete remote training modules quarterly to stay updated on features
- Participate in weekend incentive programs for bonus earnings
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with 2+ years of clean driving record
- 2020 or newer 4-door vehicle in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service skills with friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and landmarks
- Self-motivated with reliable internet for remote onboarding
- Availability to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
