Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional freight delivery
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet delivery deadlines
- Inspect and maintain vehicles pre/post-trip per DOT regulations
- Document cargo and delivery information with digital systems
- Collaborate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and FMCSA standards
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Albuquerque metro routes and NM highways
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
