Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles and conduct daily safety inspections
- Utilize GPS navigation to optimize routes and minimize wait times
- Complete accurate trip documentation and fare collection through our app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and local regulations in NYC
- Respond promptly to ride requests and maintain high acceptance rates
- Provide real-time trip updates to passengers through the platform
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use rideshare apps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) or access to one
- Availability to work during peak hours (evenings/weekends preferred)
