Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers at their requested location and transport them safely to their destination in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle suitable for passenger transport.
- Familiarize yourself with the local Fort Wayne area, traffic patterns, and landmarks to provide accurate directions.
- Utilize the mobile app to receive ride requests, navigate routes, and process payments seamlessly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful to every rider.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Keep your vehicle stocked with essentials like water and phone chargers to enhance the passenger experience.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Access to a reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer preferred).
- A valid, working smartphone with a data plan to use the driver app.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- English proficiency is required for communication with passengers.
- Ability to pass a drug test if required by local regulations.
