Responsibilities
- Operate box truck for safe, timely delivery of freight throughout California
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize routes and maximize efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage vehicle maintenance, documentation, and insurance requirements
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Utilize our digital platform for real-time load tracking and payment processing
- Participate in continuous safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with box trucks
- Reliable box truck (2005 or newer) with current registration and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Smartphone proficiency for digital dispatch communication
