Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, sand, gravel, and debris across job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and post-trip maintenance documentation
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records for compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Operate in various weather conditions including coastal environments
- Support emergency response and storm recovery efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI in past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of Texas roadways and construction site navigation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
