Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, food, and merchandise safely and on-time to Omaha residences and businesses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for efficient time management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation to depot
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
