Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using provided technology to ensure on-time performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Amazon delivery standards
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at fulfillment centers when required
- Represent Amazon's brand through courteous and efficient service
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
