Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided box trucks for local/regional freight deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team for real-time updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate loading docks safely
- Basic GPS navigation and route planning proficiency
- Reliable transportation to/from dispatch locations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
