Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Manage secure cargo handling and unloading procedures
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Own 24-26ft box truck with current registration
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
