Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and quarries
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations during all operations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely deliveries and route optimization
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Collaborate with ground crews for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Support site-specific requirements with adaptable scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Phoenix metro area and surrounding regions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
