Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, debris, and bulk goods across job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Implement strict safety protocols for hazardous materials handling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks in construction or logistics
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong spatial awareness and navigation skills for complex job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in using GPS and transportation management software
