Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-signature records
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class D Massachusetts driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile tracking apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Boston's roadways and traffic patterns
- Professional communication in English
