Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accuracy before departing.
- Interact with customers in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately record delivery logs and mileage using company software.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure items arrive undamaged.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Own a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for courier work (sedan, SUV, or cargo van).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and logging.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
