Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans and trucks in Oakland and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS systems to meet strict delivery windows.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including polite interactions and package handling.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Current, valid California Driver's License.
- Clean driving record with no major infractions in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
