Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to residential and commercial locations throughout Arlington, TX.
- Obtain proper signatures and verify the condition of items upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile apps to update delivery status in real-time.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning software.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a uniform code.
