Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to designated addresses in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic signatures upon completion.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at every stop.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and route logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle returns and damaged goods with care and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with handheld delivery devices and smartphone apps.
- Must be a US citizen or possess valid work authorization.
