Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided tractors for dedicated OTR routes across the continental US
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent Louisiana Transport Solutions with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to handle 3000+ mile weekly routes independently
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Flexible schedule readiness including overnight stays
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
