Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods between Raleigh, NC, and Virginia
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and route planning
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
