Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated Detroit routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic operational checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at warehouse hub
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic navigation knowledge of Detroit metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
