Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across Minnesota and surrounding states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with all traffic laws
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and log documentation
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight routes
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
