Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using Amazon technology
- Operate delivery vehicles responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws
- Manage package loading/unloading and vehicle organization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status and route challenges to dispatch
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to Amazon safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to designated depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
